Campers must register at the office upon arrival. One car is allowed on your campsite as per the fire regulations set by the fire marshalls for our campground. Additional cars will be parked as directed in the designated parking areas.

One camping unit per site with up to six (6) campers allowed per registration.

Quiet Time

  • We are a family campground.
  • Quiet time is from 10:30pm until 8:00am.
  • Young adults and children must be at their site by 10:00 pm.
  • Please respect your camping neighbors.

Visitors and Guests

  • If you are planning on having visitors come visit for the day, please be aware that you must make arrangements with the front office in advance and pay the daily guest fee, which is different than the rate of having them as an occupant on your site for the duration of your stay.
  • Visitors not registered at the front office will be considered trespassing.

Dump Stations

Our dump stations are for our registered guests only.
Conveniently located in the front and rear of the campground, we suggest that large campers use the rear dump station for easier access.

Winter Camping

We have discounted the rates on our rental units for the winter! Come stay with us and ski, snowboard, tube, gamble or shop in the Poconos. Winter seasonal sites are also available.

Gem Mining

Purchase a bag of mining rough, and make your way to the water sluice. A water sluice is a trough of running water where bags of mining "rough" are emptied and sifted through screen trays. The water washes away the dirt, revealing sparkling gems and minerals. Its like panning for gold! You will discover garnets, rose quartz, fool's gold, emeralds, aquamarines and many other beautiful stones and use the identification charts to accurately identify exactly what you have found. And all the treasures you find are yours to take home!

Pet Friendly Deluxe Cabin

Enjoy your camping stay here at in style with man's best friend. Newly added for 2014, this four person deluxe cabin with a bathroom, microwave and small refrigerator is now available to our campers with pets.

Also, new in 2014 2 six person deluxe cabins with bathroom and kitchen and can accommodate pets.

Pet Friendly Cabins

Sleeps up to 2 pets with their human companions.

These pet friendly cabins are sleeping quarters only.
There is a water source outside.

Firewood

Protect our trees, forests and community by not moving firewood.
Buy firewood where you are going to burn it.

Campground Store

Please stop into our newly expanded and renovated campground store.
If you forgot to pack it, look no further. We have it!
If you need it, look no further. We have it!
If you broke it, look no further, we can get it!

Our helpful staff will deliver seasoned firewood and ice to your site.
The store stocks items such as groceries, souvenirs, clothing, blankets, RV items, kitchen items, ice cream, candy, snacks, quick cook foods, first aid, and much, much more!!

Campfires

  • Enjoy your camping experience with a campfire.
  • Campfires may only be built in fire rings.
  • No ground fires are allowed.
  • Every campsite has a fire ring.

Swimming Pool

Swimming Pool is currently CLOSED.

Our heated swimming pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Pool Hours:
10:00am to 7:00pm unless otherwise posted.

  • Pool is closed in cases of inclement weather for the protection of our campers.
  • Rules are posted at pool.
  • There is no lifeguard on duty at pool.
  • Swim at your own risk.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

 

Lights

  • Please do not leave your patio lights on all night.
  • Flood lights may not be used.
  • Bug lights may not be used.
  • The warm glow of campfires are not as comforting when the starry sky is lit by so many lights.

Bicycle Rentals

Bicycle rentals are closed due to COVID.

Late Check-in

The lake check-in box will have your registration info in it if you have a reservation and the office is closed by the time your arrive. In the morning following your arrival, please stop into the office to complete your check-in.

If you do not have a reservation and the office is closed, please call 570-223-8000 and someone will attend to your camping needs.
Tents may not be set up after 10:00pm, so it is recommended that you arrive in time to get settled if you are tenting.

RESTROOMS and 

  • The campground has a bathroom/shower facility in the front of the campground and in the rear of the campground.
  • The facilities in the front of the campground are open all year.
  • The facilities in the rear of the campground are open daily from Independence Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
  • The facilities in the rear are also open on weekends from Memorial Weekend to Independence Weekend and weekends between Labor Day Weekend and Halloween.
  • Restrooms are open 24 hours except for cleaning.
  • The front and rear facilities are not closed for cleaning at the same time.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult.

LAUNDRY

The Laundry Room is open 24 hours and is located at the back of the main office building.  Entrance is located at the rear of the building.
